Here we are the rhythm radio studio!
Interviewer: Hello! Thank you for joining us today. Can you please introduce yourself?
🗣 – Hello! My name is Anna, and I’m a fashion designer. I have worked in fashion for 10 years. I love creating clothes that show personality and style.
We make some more good questions for. Let’s get stared.
Interviewer: What do you think fashion says about a person?
🗣 – I believe fashion is like a language. It shows who you are without saying a word. For example, some people wear bright colors because they are cheerful or confident. Others prefer dark or simple clothes because they like to be calm and quiet. Fashion can tell a lot about someone’s personality, mood, and even their job or hobbies. That’s why I always say—what you wear is a small story about you.
Interviewer: Do old fashion styles come back?
🗣 – Yes, fashion always comes back! For example, wide pants from the 1970s are popular again. Also, 90s fashion is now trendy.
Interviewer: How do you design a new collection? What is the process?
🗣 – Designing a new collection takes time and many steps. First, I think of a theme or idea. Maybe it’s about nature, or maybe it’s inspired by a place like Paris or Tokyo. Then I draw many sketches of clothes. After that, I choose fabrics and colors. I work with a team to make samples. We try them on models and make changes. It takes months, but it’s very exciting to see the final result on the runway or in a store.
Interviewer: Do you think social media has changed fashion?
🗣 – Yes, very much. Before, people saw fashion only in magazines or on TV. Now, we can see new styles every day on Instagram, TikTok, and blogs. Young people follow influencers and get new ideas quickly. Social media helps small designers like me show our work to the world. But it also moves very fast, so we have to keep creating new things all the time.
Interviewer: Which decade in fashion do you think had the biggest influence?
🗣 – That’s a great question. I think the 1920s had a very big influence. At that time, fashion changed a lot—especially for women. They started wearing shorter dresses, no corsets, and more comfortable clothes. It was the beginning of modern fashion. People wanted to be free and express themselves after World War I. That feeling is still in fashion today—freedom, movement, and personality.
Interviewer: Can you describe one of your favorite outfits you’ve designed?
🗣 – Of course! One of my favorites was a long dress inspired by the sea. The fabric was light blue and green, like ocean waves. I added small silver pieces that looked like fish scales, and the dress moved beautifully when the model walked. It took a lot of time to make, but it was worth it. It felt like a mix of fashion and nature. That’s why I loved it so much.
Interviewer: What do you love most about being a fashion designer?
🗣 – I love that every day is different. Some days I draw, some days I work with fabrics, and some days I talk to customers or walk in fashion shows. I also love seeing someone wear my design and feel happy. That’s the best part—knowing I helped someone feel beautiful or confident. Fashion is more than clothes. It’s emotion.
Interviewer: What advice would you give to someone who wants to become a fashion designer?
🗣 – My advice is: don’t give up and always stay curious. Fashion is a hard job—you need to study, practice, and be patient. You should learn how to sew, draw, and understand fabrics. But most of all, you need to love fashion deeply. Watch old movies, travel, visit museums, and look at people around you. Inspiration is everywhere. And remember—every designer starts small, but with passion, you can grow.
